Ordering

I didn't receive an order confirmation.

Once you place an order with us, you should receive an email confirmation. If you haven’t received one of these then you may have entered your email address incorrectly. Please drop us an email at hello@thepositiveprintco.com to let us know and we’ll look into it for you.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER?

If you haven’t received your order then please check that the address and contact details on your confirmation email are all correct. If they are incorrect then get in touch as soon as possible by emailing hello@thepositiveprintco.com with the correct details. If your details are all correct then email us to let us know you still haven’t received your order and we’ll look into it for you.

Please note that if the address or contact details you entered are incorrect and your order has already been dispatched then you will be responsible for the extra costs that may occur.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T COLLECT MY PACKAGE?

If you fail to pick up your package and your order is returned to us, you will be responsible for paying for the additional delivery costs.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY PARCEL HAS ARRIVED?

The first attempt is always home delivery but if you're not home the freight company will leave a note on your door with more information.
